R&D Philosophy
Cooperation · Innovation · Leadership
MOOSUN National Enterprise Technology Center was jointly recognized in 2013 by five ministries and commissions, including the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Science and Technology. It serves as a comprehensive and high-end platform integrating scientific and technological innovation, industry–research cooperation, technical exchange, and external technical services. Upholding the development philosophy of “expanding from serving one enterprise to serving an entire industry,” the center focuses on tackling forward-looking and major industry research topics, aiming to address critical technological challenges within the sector.
The center has an R&D team composed of more than 50 core professionals, including over 40 Ph.D. and Master’s degree holders. This has formed a technology research team dominated by postgraduate talents, featuring a well-structured combination of disciplines and continuously optimized organizational design. According to its development strategy and organizational functions, the Technology Center has established two sub-centers and three administrative offices.
The R&D Center is the core of the Technology Center, primarily engaging in technological innovation, technical development, and industrialization in areas such as chemical pharmaceuticals, traditional Chinese veterinary medicines, functional feed additives, and biological products. The Product Development Center conducts market research and product promotion for new product pipelines. The Science & Technology Management Department, Registration Office, and Central Office provide professional support to ensure the efficient operation of the Technology Center, facilitate internal and external technical exchange, and promote the transformation of advanced research.
