Composition: contains per gram :

Tylosin 500mg

Carrier ad 1gram

Characters: White Powder.

Indication:

For treatment of chronic respiratory disease, infectious coyza, avin airsaculitis and salpingitis caused by Mycoplasm, Staphylococcus aureus, Pneumococcus, Erysipelas bacteria, Haemophilus parasuis, Pasteurella, Pallidum and Coccidia in poultry and swine .

Dosage and administration:

Mix with water: treatment of gram-positive bacterium and mycoplasma infection, 0.5g -1g per 1 liter water for poultry, use consective for 3-5 days. Treatment of necrotic enteritis caused by clostridium perfringens, 0.05g-0.15g per 1 liter water, use consective for 7 days, 5-13mg per body weight for cattle and poultry.

Advice: Calculate the whole day dosage, dissolve in proper amount of drinking water, drunk completed within 3-4 hours.

Precaution:

Do not administer to poultry during laying period.

Withdrawal Period:

Poultry: 1 days

Storage: Tightly sealed, store in a cool and dry place and provide from light.

Shelf-life: 2 years
